I was on the hunt for some battery-operated garden tools and after some digging, I settled on the EGO brand. Cheapmowers seemed like the best place to place my order, and they really delivered. They provided solid advice before I finalized my purchase, and the whole ordering and delivery process was smooth and right on schedule.

The gear looks to be of excellent quality and feels robust. I haven't had the chance to try out the lawn mower or hedge trimmer yet because of the weather, but I've given the blower a go a few times and I'm quite impressed with how it clears leaves off my patio, even when they're soaked. The battery life is impressive and has lived up to what James suggested about using the variable speed blower to maximize each charge.

Overall, I'm really pleased with the service I received from the customer support team and would definitely recommend this company. I don’t usually write reviews, but I think good service deserves a shout-out.

The only minor downside was that the courier didn’t reach out to confirm the delivery date, but Cheapmowers had already told me it would arrive within 1-3 days after dispatch, so it wasn’t a big deal.

I purchased a 60V mower from Greenworks along with an additional battery. It arrived on time, but I wish the delivery service had kept me in the loop about the arrival date. Sadly, the charger for the battery was defective, but James responded swiftly and arranged for a replacement to be sent from Greenworks. Really impressed with the customer service!

I bought an EGO Power Inverter, but when it showed up, it turned out to be the European model instead of the UK one. EGO got the UK version sent over to Cheap Mowers, who then shipped it out to me right away. James from Cheap Mowers told me not to worry about sending back the European version since returning it wasn't practical. You really can't ask for more than that! I've gotta say, the customer service has been outstanding, and I’d definitely shop with Cheap Mowers again.

I recently bought a Mitox hedge trimmer 26lh. I tried it out the other day, and it wouldn’t even cut through a small privet hedge. Really disappointing. Now I'm just waiting to send it back, but I haven’t heard anything from Chespmowers yet.

I've shopped with this company before without any issues, but honestly, this machine shouldn’t be for sale.

Fortunately, this situation has been resolved, and I got my money back. They acted quickly, so I’ll definitely consider using this company again. Thanks!

I can't say enough good things about this company. I accidentally ordered the wrong battery for my lawnmower, and they swapped it out in just a few days. Kudos to James, and thanks a ton! We'll definitely return when our lawnmower gives out.

My business bought a hedge trimmer from this place. After just 35 days and only two uses, it stopped working.

You'd think they'd provide a quick refund or swap, but nope. They only do that within 30 days of the purchase.

We had to take it to another shop to get it looked at, and guess what? They said the gearbox is shot and that this product is basically junk. Cheap Mowers won’t give us our money back.

No apologies or replacements were offered, just a promise to fix it. They showed zero concern and seem completely uninterested.

We would NEVER consider using Cheap Mowers again.

I decided to go for the EGO Power Plus LM2135E-SP Cordless Lawnmower. The deal came with a complimentary battery and cover. I did run into an issue with the manufacturer's quality checks, but Cheapmowers made the warranty claim a breeze. They offer fantastic products and their after-sales support is top-notch. I’d give this family-owned business ten stars!

I recently picked up a Webb WEPWT petrol wheeled trimmer from Cheep Mowers. Gave it a go yesterday, and man, it’s a real gem! It sliced through the tall grass and weeds effortlessly, like a hot knife through butter. I really wish I had gotten one ages ago to spare my poor back. Plus, Cheep Mowers provided top-notch service.

When I took it out of the box, I realized it didn’t come with a choke or throttle, and I was a bit puzzled since the details and images on the site suggested it would. I reached out to cheapmowers via email, and they got back to me right away. They even called me the following day to clarify that the newer models don’t need a choke anymore because they all come with automatic chokes now. I'm really impressed not just with how fast they handled my question but also that they took the time to follow up with a call. Kudos to cheapmowers!

I picked up the most affordable mower from this company; a Flymo 300 for about £70. When I cracked open the sealed package, I found the bolts were missing. They proposed to take the mower back and send a new one at their expense (which would have meant they’d be losing money!!!!!) We settled on them reaching out to Flymo for the missing bolts, which showed up just the other day.
These folks are a) super honest and b) genuinely care about their customers.
